Children's Residential Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Children's Residential Manager to join our team at Purosearch Ltd. As a Children's Residential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
* Ensure the home is run in a safe and efficient manner, meeting all relevant regulations and standards
* Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
* Participate in on-call rota and be flexible to meet the needs of the business

Requirements

* Experience of working within children's residential care
* Ability to oversee a team and ensure the successful running of the home
* Qualified to Level 3 and a willingness to work towards Level 5
* Wanting to grow and develop with the provider
* Willing to participate in the on-call rota and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
