Your Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with the child you support, creating a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to implement individualized learning plans and contribute to whole-class management strategies.
  • Provide 1:1 assistance to the child across various subjects, encouraging their academic progress and fostering their love of learning.
  • Support the child's emotional well-being by implementing positive behavior support techniques and creating a supportive classroom atmosphere.
  • Participate in small group interventions as needed, contributing to the overall success of the educational program.
