Requirements:

  • Experience working in a caring environment, preferably with individuals with Autism and complex needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a team
