Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Elmwood House in Boston. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Deliver care that is tailored to each resident's individual needs, promoting their dignity and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
- Recognize and report any signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and take appropriate action.
- A competitive hourly rate, subject to experience and qualifications.
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG.
