About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as medication administration, meal preparation, and personal care
- Encouraging independence and promoting social activities
- Assisting with domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Ability to follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments
