Key Responsibilities:
- Manage goods receipt, booking deliveries in, and collecting Certificates of Analysis (CofA).
- Raise invoices for goods issue and invoice customers directly.
- Coordinate the arrangement of UK samples.
- Assist with sales order processing for basic UK requirements, as needed.
- Add new ship-to's in SAP.
- Generate and process purchase orders.
- Create Amazon deliveries efficiently and accurately.
- Perform stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP is a must for this role.
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in SAP.
