Alloy Wheel Repair Technician Opportunity

Mind the Kerb, a reputable company within the Stephen James (Automotive) Ltd group, is seeking a skilled Alloy Wheel Repair Technician to join their experienced refurbishment team.

Your Role

As an Alloy Wheel Repair Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs to alloy wheels of various makes and models, including scratches, scuffs, and dents. You will prioritize tasks according to business needs and utilize cutting-edge equipment and techniques to ensure exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Repair scratches, scuffs, and dents on alloy wheels of all makes and models
  • Spray painting and powder-coating all makes and models of alloys
  • Refurbish alloy wheels through aqua blasting, sand blasting, chemical paint stripping, labeling, and alloy identification
  • Work efficiently within agreed workshop timeframes to meet high standards

Requirements

  • Experience as a SMART/Alloy Repair Technician or in a similar Bodyshop environment
  • Ability to work to a high standard within agreed timeframes
