Job Summary:
Altum Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join its team. As a key member of the finance team, you will work closely with management across fundraising and support to drive the income generation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Produce forecasts and budgets for different areas of fundraising and income generation, providing insightful financial analysis to support the fundraising strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders within the fundraising team, advising and influencing their approach towards their finances, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
- Month-End Processes: Perform month-end duties, including reconciliations, management accounts, and commentary, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Financial Support: Provide financial support to the fundraising strategy, working closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Be a qualified accountant or have equivalent experience.
- Experience: Have previous fundraising finance experience or have audited charities.
- Passion: Have a passion for supporting vulnerable people and contributing to the organization's mission.
