We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Advisor to join our team at Jackson Hogg. As a Global company specializing in Renewable's, Oil & Gas, and Water, we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety in our operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QHSE standards across all our locations and product lines. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Report on QHSE performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification, implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO standards.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve company policies.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the energy or manufacturing industries.
- In-depth knowledge of QHSE management systems, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 24002, ISO 45001).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
