Job Title: Workplace Facilities Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Facilities Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, ensuring outstanding service delivery and exceeding all Sodexo targets.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Manage the delivery of multiple IFM services, ensuring outstanding service delivery and exceeding all Sodexo targets.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through regular performance reviews and proactive communication.
- Cost Management: Maximise the profitability of the operation by managing costs and increasing sales through the development of agreed budgets and business plans.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, Sodexo policies, and statutory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, manage, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvements to enhance service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Employer Branding: Promote Sodexo as the preferred employer and drive all aspects of service excellence across the business area.
- Experience: Understanding of Integrated Facilities Management with previous experience of operational management in a similar environment.
- Licenses: DS or Guarding SIA licences.
- Certifications: First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work certification.
- Skills: Strong client and customer relationship-building skills, people management experience, and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
- Financial Skills: Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities.
- Training: Positive approach to learning and identifying training needs and experience of delivering training.
