Job Title: Wraparound Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Wraparound Care Worker at Wednesfield Technology Primary School, part of the Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and families in a dynamic and innovative school setting. As a Wraparound Care Worker, you will provide a warm and welcoming environment for children who attend clubs, supporting their learning and development through engaging activities and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Support the planning of sessions for children, including activities and opportunities to enhance their learning and participation.
  • Liaise with school staff to ensure children's needs are met, including any individual needs such as care, dietary, or cultural requirements.
  • Ensure children are safely taken to and collected from their classrooms, and provide a safe outdoor environment for them to access.
  • Provide daily feedback to parents/carers on their child's activities and progress.
