Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shopfitting Project Manager to join our team at Think Recruitment. As a Shopfitting Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare project quotations
  • Manage project timelines, quality, and costs
  • Identify and execute variations and snag management
  • Responsible for delivering profitable projects
  • Post-project profitability review to identify learning opportunities
  • Attend pre-start meetings and site completion handovers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work with other project managers to share resources and allocate staff
  • Source additional staffing resources as needed

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
