About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our dedicated Repairs team, serving customers in Hackney & Islington.

This is a permanent full-time position offering 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:30pm on Monday-Thursday & 8:00am-3:30pm on Friday).

As a customer-focused organization, we prioritize exceptional service. You will not only possess extensive Joinery expertise but also demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute repairs efficiently and effectively, ensuring first-time fix success through your multi-trade capabilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service within agreed performance targets, building positive relationships with our valued customers.
  • Work independently and methodically, adhering to established procedures while accurately recording data and information.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proactively solve problems and make informed decisions, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Safely perform physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Operate safely, considering environmental circumstances and potential risks.
  • Embody the core values of The Guinness Partnership.
Desirable Experience

Experience within the social housing sector is highly advantageous.

Essential Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent recognized competency.
  • Full UK Driving License (a van will be provided for work use).

This role requires participation in an on-call rota, providing emergency out-of-hours cover once every four weeks.
