Company Overview: Amari Plastics - West London is a leading distributor of sheet material and roll media, serving a diverse range of markets including sign and display, digital printing, and fabrication.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Senior Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role, where you will play a crucial part in the development and operation of our busy warehouse centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of staff, including machine operators, drivers, and warehouse personnel, to ensure maximum productivity, efficient workflow, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through regular stock control checks.
  • Optimize the utilization of resources, space, and mechanical handling equipment to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform key holder responsibilities, including securing the facility and upholding strong housekeeping standards.
  • Manage driver operations, including coach and motivate drivers to adhere to company policies, health and safety guidelines, and security processes.

Requirements:

  • Forklift Proficiency: Proficiency in operating both counterbalance and reach forklift trucks.
  • Driving Licence: A clean, full driving license is desirable.
