Job Summary

As a Reservations Coordinator at Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to arrival.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and bookings, utilizing online systems and telephone communication to meet guest needs
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective guest experience
  • Contribute to sales targets by promoting hotel amenities and services
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and services to effectively showcase them to guests

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in IT systems, with adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but full training will be provided
