Work Schedule:
Full-time (part-time job share considered). Shifts typically last 12.5 hours, with day shifts running from 8am to 8.30pm.

This Nursing Home is a traditional establishment that provides comprehensive care for 60 residents in a serene and homely environment.

They pride themselves on being a center of excellence, offering both nursing and respite care, alongside a specialized unit for Alzheimer’s patients.

Their mission is to deliver a personalized and unique care experience for each resident, deeply rooted in the Jewish culture and lifestyle.

Role Overview
Join a dedicated and skilled multidisciplinary team that is committed to providing exceptional care to residents. This position offers opportunities for career advancement for those passionate about leadership and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all nursing duties, with opportunities for further training in extended skills.
- Maintain and regularly update patient records, implement individualized care plans, and conduct risk assessments.
- Advocate for residents, supporting them, their families, and collaborating with other team members.
- Serve as a role model in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- A compassionate, energetic individual committed to delivering outstanding care, with a good sense of humor.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a solid understanding of dementia care, with a willingness to learn.
- UK Visa required.
