About the Role - The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the operations, commercial, and finance teams in meeting contract service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes:


Financial Administration:
  1. Updating financial systems and reports on behalf of the Operations and Finance Team.
  2. Supporting the reporting of client Key Performance Indicators and Management Information.

Commercial Administration:
  1. Tracking and recording contractual changes.
  2. Raising, amending, and receipting Purchase Orders within financial systems.
  3. Contract Administration.
  4. Experience in delivering similar roles ideally within a facilities function.
  5. Proven computer literacy, with the ability to use Microsoft 365 applications to a high standard (e.g. Excel PivotTables, lookups, etc.).
  6. Experienced in the analysis, compilation, and presentation of information to a high degree of accuracy.
