Position Overview: Document Management Specialist

Compensation: £28,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining oversight of essential project documents, including plans, blueprints, vendor agreements, and technical drawings.
  • Generating reports for project managers to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Ensuring the security and backup of all documentation.
  • Digitizing paper documents to enhance accessibility.
  • Organizing files systematically for efficient retrieval.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in 4Projects/ViewPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
