Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of our Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and conduct audits within the potable and wastewater sampling teams, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 and DWTS standards.
- Write and provide audit reports, offering feedback and conducting root cause analysis of any findings.
- Provide advice, support, and training to the sampling and laboratory teams.
- Ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of AQC processes within the sampling teams.
- Manage document control within the QMS.
- Identify training needs through development plans.
- Experience working within MCERTS, DWTS, or ISO 17025 accredited Quality Management Systems.
- Understanding of ISO 17025 or Drinking Water Inspectorate and Environment Agency quality guidelines.
- Full driving license and access to a car for travel between sites in London and the Thames Valley region.
- Competitive salary from £37,000 to £45,000 per annum.
- Annual leave - 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with length of service.
- Contributory pension - Defined Contribution - Maximum of 12% - 2x employee contribution.
