Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and architecture, with a focus on translating business requirements into functional and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases to support project initiation and funding.
  • Lead the discovery phase, facilitating workshops and gathering requirements to write vision documents.
  • Conduct gap/fit analysis to assess current capabilities against desired outcomes.
  • Create functional and system requirements specifications that clearly articulate project objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS) for project management and documentation, ensuring effective project governance.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately during the build phase.
  • Advocate for best practices in business architecture, ensuring that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with cloud technology standards.
  • Maintain documentation and project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle to support governance and stakeholder communication.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Business Architect, Business Analyst, or similar role in early-stage project environments.
    • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Dynamics 365 (D365) is highly desirable.
    • Experience with methodologies such as SAFe, PRINCE2, and Agile.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Relevant certifications in business architecture or cloud technologies (e.g., TOGAF, Azure certifications) are advantageous.
