Key Responsibilities

  • Lead meetings for assigned projects and share data-driven insights with wider teams to inform decision-making.
  • Manage communications calendars, deliverability, and reporting to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and conversion rates across the customer lifecycle.
  • Plan, develop, and execute large-scale campaigns covering the entire customer life cycle, coordinating content, creative, and copywriting with the product team.
  • Optimize daily, monthly, and quarterly schedules of CRM campaigns, ensuring targeted messages for relevant customer segments.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze CRM data, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement to enhance customer engagement and retention.
