Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Part-time Payroll Assistant to join our team at Medlock Partners Limited. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing payroll, administering payroll information, and providing payroll reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Collate and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Administer payroll information for new starters, leavers, and salary changes
- Manage payroll amendments, including sickness, deductions, and statutory payments
- Provide payroll data to HMRC and respond to queries
- Generate payroll reports as required
- At least 1 year's experience in payroll processing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of payroll legislation and confidentiality
- Proficient in Excel and payroll systems
- Highly organized and deadline-focused
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata'd)
