Salary: £28,722 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Overview:

The Work and Health Coach will deliver tailored support under a government-funded initiative designed to help individuals overcome health-related barriers to employment and support individuals in sustaining employment. You will manage a diverse caseload, offering holistic advice and collaborating with clinical teams and community partners to support clients in returning to work, staying in work, or finding new employment. Delivery will be hybrid-based, with a majority being from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management:
    • Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients, addressing workplace challenges to help them return to or remain in employment.
  • Client Support & Advocacy:
    • Meet with clients to conduct initial health assessments.
  • Employment Coaching:
    • Offer career guidance, including CV building, interview techniques, and job brokerage.
  • Referral & Networking:
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), to ensure clients receive appropriate referrals and support.
    • Maintain and build relationships with local employers and referral partners.
    • Meet referral and performance targets in line with KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • IAG Level 3 qualification or higher.
  • Coaching experience or qualifications.
