Business Development Manager - Fire Protection Services

Join Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, in our mission to find the best talent for the Fire Protection industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Fire Protection Services to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Fire Protection sector.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, with experience in the Fire sector. You will be responsible for selling passive fire protection, fire stopping, fire door installation and maintenance services to commercial, industrial, education and leisure sectors.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Fire Protection sector
  • Selling passive fire protection, fire stopping, fire door installation and maintenance services to end users and facilities management companies
  • Working on projects such as schools, colleges, universities, office blocks, etc.
  • Managing project order values ranging from £10k to £200k+
  • Establishing turnover targets based on your experience
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - Fire Protection Services with:

  • Proven field sales experience in the Fire sector
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Stable career background
  • Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
