Job Title: Fire Protection Sales Specialist

At Integral UK LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on the status of quotes, providing accurate information to account coordinators for customer reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and report on the status of quotes, providing accurate information to account coordinators for customer reports.
  • Work in collaboration with account coordinators to improve quality and timeliness of quote submissions.
  • Work in collaboration with operational teams to increase engineer lead generation and quality of information.
  • Generate contract renewal proposals to retain existing customers.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best value costings are achieved.
  • Provide customer support and respond to queries related to remedial quotations and contract renewals.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the fire engineering industry with a good understanding of fire engineering service contracts.
  • Understanding of construction programs, building regulations, and fire industry standards and legislation.
  • Creative approach with the ability to maintain and develop positive customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness with demonstrable numerical skills.
  • Proven IT skills with experience of MS Office packages.
  • Experience in dealing with end users, insurers, and main contractors.
