Job Description

Job Title: Logistics Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at FatFace. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, and maintaining our stock ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoices into our financial system within required timescales
  • Verify invoices against stock received and investigate any discrepancies
  • Liaise with our internal logistics team and suppliers to resolve any issues
  • Compile reports, such as GRNI and pending invoices report, to help maintain the stock ledger
  • Maintain good internal and external relationships, particularly with suppliers
  • Perform monthly statement reconciliations and compile payment files
  • Contribute towards continuous efforts to improve processes and align with our company's social and environmental mission

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of accounts payable and experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk
  • D365 knowledge desirable, not essential
  • IT literate with excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
