About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetic Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Merz Aesthetics UK and Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth and driving business expansion in the aesthetic medicine market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and drive business growth.
  • Product Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities to increase awareness and adoption of Merz Aesthetics' products among healthcare professionals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably in the aesthetic medicine or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, business, or marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the aesthetic medicine market, including products, trends, and regulatory requirements.
