Allen & York is excited to partner with a leading global organisation, providing risk and assurance services to a variety of clients. Our client is seeking a passionate Technical Due Diligence Consultant or Technical Engineer to join the Transactions & Business Advisory team, supporting clients through their energy transition journey, with a particular focus on due diligence for M&A project financing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients through the due diligence process, providing technical expertise and risk assurance services.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients in key hubs in London and Manchester to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and maintain a broad understanding of financial models and complex technical issues.
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients and stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations.
- Analyse data, generate insights, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
- Significant engineering experience and a broad understanding of financial models.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
- Experience in the due diligence process is advantageous, but not essential.
