Key Responsibilities

  • Review individual elements of a project at the due diligence technical initial report stage and review risk during the monitoring phase.
  • Provide technical due diligence reports for funder and investor clients.
  • Monitor construction and approve draw-downs from the agreed fund.
  • Engage with clients to build relationships and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Ensure effective communication and liaise with colleagues for efficient financial control.
