About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care and treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that service users' needs are met.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring that service users' information is up-to-date and secure.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the care sector, preferably in mental health.
  • Essential qualifications include the Care Certificate, which must be achieved within the first 12 weeks of employment.
  • Desirable qualifications include a VRQ L3 in Mental Health, NVQ L2/3 in H&SC, or Diploma L2/3 in H&SC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
