Job Title: Senior Biostatistician

GSK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Biostatistician to join our team in the Early Development Statistics group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing statistical leadership and expertise to support the development of new medicines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of statistical methodologies and strategies to support clinical development plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and analyze clinical studies.
  • Provide statistical input to the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical studies.
  • Develop and maintain statistical models and algorithms to support data analysis and interpretation.
  • Communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • MSc or PhD in a Statistical discipline.
  • Strong background in biostatistics and statistical modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Bayesian methods and statistical software such as R or SAS.
