Sandal Motor Group is seeking a Retail Manager/Business Manager. In this position, you will be accountable for driving vehicle sales, serving as a role model for your team, a passionate advocate for the brand, and a senior representative of the organization.
Your leadership will guarantee that customers have positive and memorable experiences every time they engage with the business or interact with the sales team. You will report directly to the General Sales Manager and play an active role in all aspects of sales negotiations, including trade-in valuations, special pricing, and discussions regarding a comprehensive range of financing and insurance options. Additionally, you will coach and mentor the Sales Executives and Sales Geniuses.
