The primary objective of this full-time position is to provide individual, group, and family counseling services, as well as coordinate therapies, services, and referrals through the behavioral health program to enhance the functioning of the individuals served. This role may require working on weekends and/or evenings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services in a healthcare or treatment setting.
- Coordinate therapies, services, and referrals to support individuals and families.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and service providers.
Requirements
- Education: A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Two years of experience in clinical social work services in a healthcare or treatment setting.
- Licenses and Certifications: Licensure as a Certified Social Worker or Certified Social Worker, Clinical by the Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using electronic health records.
