We are seeking two skilled Multi Skilled Operatives to join our Waltham Forest contract team.

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to occupied properties. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to properties, including plumbing, carpentry, and finishing trades.
  • Managing and installing sanitary appliances, including soil and waste connections.
  • Repairing and replacing toilet seats, showerheads, and other plumbing fixtures.
  • Performing finishing trades, including plastering, thermal boarding, and painting.
  • Undertaking carpentry works, including overhauling and replacement.
  • Installing vinyl flooring and undertaking tiling works.
  • Carrying out brickwork and pointing works.

About You

We are looking for candidates with a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification and excellent working H & S knowledge. You will have experience of working in occupied and void properties and a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.

You must hold a valid full UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
