Position Overview:
As a Lead Asset Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in steering our strategic asset management initiatives, ensuring that our properties are secure, fulfilling, and sustainable for our clients while generating returns that allow for reinvestment into our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a dedicated team of Asset Strategists managing a diverse portfolio, including residential properties such as houses, apartments, and estates, both freehold and leasehold.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of asset portfolios across various regions, focusing on financial metrics, operational efficiency, health and safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic asset decisions, including investment and divestment strategies, providing clear guidance on necessary interventions to maintain optimal performance.
  • Utilize your expertise to support regional operational teams in executing our asset management plan effectively.
  • Generate comprehensive reports that inform decision-making regarding asset performance, identify key risks, and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Guide and mentor your team, fostering their professional growth and creating a positive work environment.
  • Maintain a strong commercial awareness of our assets through detailed property-level financial analysis and vigilant oversight of expenditures.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a robust background in property asset management across various residential tenures and property types. A solid understanding of the interests in assets and land from both landlord and tenant perspectives is essential. Familiarity with property litigation, including the interpretation and enforcement of covenants and lease agreements, is also required.
