Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Handyman/Caretaker to assist with daily reactive repairs and maintenance at one of our student accommodation sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the accommodation site.
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Handyman/Caretaker or Maintenance Technician.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
