We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and ensuring the systematic provision of a high-quality specialist clinical psychology service to families and staff in the neonatal teams and inpatient paediatric teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and intervention with families within the neonatal unit and paediatric inpatients.
- Offer advice and consultation on psychological aspects of care to other health professionals.
- Support clinical team members and work autonomously within recognised professional guidelines.
- Utilise knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions and research skills to implement audit, research, and service development projects.
- Participate in the training and continuing professional development of clinical psychologists and other health professionals.

Requirements- Doctoral level training in clinical psychology or its equivalent.
- HCPC registered.
- Post-qualification experience through having received a minimum of 50 hours clinical supervision working as a clinical psychologist (or equivalent) over a minimum of 18 months.
- Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across the full range of care settings.
- Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams and service development.
