About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and innovation across various programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business-level requirements, processes, and plans to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support and facilitate business and technical-level discussions to ensure accurate and appropriate decisions are made.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and tools to manage projects efficiently and transparently.
  • Provide support to bids, research, and delivery, including technical planning and estimation.
  • Define and write clear and concise business requirements and ensure their acceptance.
  • Work in Agile teams, acting as the voice of the customer/business and providing technical guidance and vision.
  • Use analytics to inform and support strategic decisions.
  • Integrate, deploy, and accept enterprise software applications into live operational use.
Requirements
  • Understanding of DevSecOps principles and experience working in multi-disciplined teams.
  • Technical and business background, with the ability to provide specialist support to both areas.
  • Ability to lead a team of engineers and developers, providing clear guidance and vision.
