Join Our Team as a Chef Coach

We are seeking an experienced Chef Coach to join our team at Lifetime Training Group. As a Chef Coach, you will play a critical role in developing the professionals of the future in the hospitality industry.

About the Role

The hospitality sector is undergoing significant changes, and we are looking for an industry professional to help shape the future of this important industry. As a Chef Coach, you will work with learners at their place of work, delivering the apprenticeship standard and providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve career-building qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the apprenticeship standard to learners in their place of work
  • Provide support, guidance, and motivation to learners to help them achieve career-building qualifications
  • Help learners achieve transferable skills in Maths and English if needed
  • Manage your own admin and work independently
Requirements
  • Recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a kitchen
  • NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food production
  • Experience of working in high-demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
  • Experience of working autonomously
