We are seeking a Smart Metering Senior Performance Analyst to join our Performance and Analytical Reporting team, dedicated to enhancing the services provided to our customers.

Role Responsibilities:
As the Smart Metering Senior Performance Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and oversee the strategy for smart metering reporting to facilitate demand reduction and effective contract management.
  • Lead self-service data analytics initiatives utilizing SQL and Power BI to create essential reports for the smart metering program.
  • Design and implement monthly KPI reporting and related business processes to monitor supplier and contractor performance.
  • Ensure data quality by maintaining consistency of metering technical details across all corporate systems.
  • Manage the delivery of the smart metering reporting roadmap in collaboration with technology and data teams to provide cost-effective analytical solutions.
  • Continuously improve existing smart metering reports, automating manual processes in line with the Smart Metering vision.
  • Provide leadership and foster a high-performing team environment using the Performance Excellence framework.
  • Support necessary business changes to ensure successful integration of leakage and metering technologies for all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Extensive experience working with complex data sets and data analysis models.
  • Proficiency in SQL data analysis or a willingness to learn (MS-SQL/Databricks - T-SQL, View and table design).
  • Strong experience with IT systems, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Robust technical analytical skills as a Data Analyst.
  • Experience in managing and manipulating data effectively.
  • Ability to review the work of others and build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional beneficial qualifications include:
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and business transformation.
  • Experience in a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with smart metering technologies.
  • Understanding of Leakage and Per Capita Consumption (PCC).
