Senior Finance Analyst Job Description

Fin Search Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reports, detailed commentary, budgets, and forecasts to aid and enhance decision-making.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The role will involve:

  • Delivering regular forecasts and budgets with analysis and explanation of variance analysis to stakeholders
  • Providing profitability and cash flow modelling to support business decision-making
  • Ensuring the monthly report is delivered accurately and to deadlines
  • Staff management of a finance analyst, including training and development and review of work

The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or part-qualified, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting. They will also have excellent Excel skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
