This role will involve working closely with our Service Manager and family members to provide exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering person-centered care and will have a proven track record of supporting individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with learning disabilities in a community setting
- Work collaboratively with family members and other stakeholders to develop and implement support plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Proven track record of delivering person-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
