Job Title: Social Worker for Older Adults

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in Conwy County, working with older adults and their families to provide high-quality social work services.

About the Role:

This is a short-term assignment for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an expectation of living locally or within a commutable distance. The successful candidate will work from our office in Llys Dyfrig, Llandudno, Conwy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-quality social work service to older adults and their families
  • Work with citizens, carers, and families to provide support and develop resilience and independence
  • Ensure that citizens, families, and carers are at the centre of decision-making about their lives and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Social Work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales or Social Work England
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
  • Car driver and access to a car
  • Enhanced DBS and registered on the update service or happy to apply
  • 3 years of referencing
