Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Quality Officer to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our organisation. As a member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies, maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, and managing supplier contracts. You will also be our organisation's point of contact as the Data Protection Lead.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Finance & Operations Manager, and Service Managers in the day-to-day running of the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies, maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, and managing supplier contracts.
- Act as the organisation's point of contact as the Data Protection Lead.
- Support the Senior Management Team and the Senior Leadership Team in an administrative capacity, including diary management, report writing, and note taking.
- Support fundraising activities, social media input, event management, and HR support.
- Focus on ensuring that the business infrastructure meets the current and future requirements, and that where necessary, services are scalable within budgets.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full driving licence and use of a vehicle, or have means of transport to travel across Charnwood / Leicestershire. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is also required for this post.
