Job Summary

Brandon James Ltd is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Assistant Building Surveyor to join our team in Birmingham. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a range of public and private sector schemes, providing expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of buildings.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of building surveying services. You will be responsible for providing professional and project advice to clients, as well as contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver building surveying services to clients, including design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment
  • Provide expert advice on building surveying matters, including technical and commercial issues
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help to grow the company's client base
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver projects and achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a related field
  • APC diary started
  • Experience working in a similar consultancy background
