We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a beautiful 46 Bedded Residential and Nursing Home in Cranleigh, Surrey.
As a Registered Nurse, you will lead an exceptional care team that promotes independence and dignity, enriching the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent resident outcomes.
- Current registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Active NMC Pin.
