Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as an Emergency Care Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing urgent care services to patients across Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical decision-making as an ANP/ECP, delivering urgent care services with precision using the Adastra system.
  • Conduct face-to-face consultations in clinics, with opportunities for home visits and telehealth consultations.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends, to provide care during both in-hours and predominantly out-of-hours.
  • Collaborate with a diverse Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to optimize patient treatment strategies.
  • Apply advanced clinical skills to assess and manage urgent medical cases, ensuring timely interventions for patient well-being.
Requirements
  • Fully Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP).
  • Possess NMP qualification, along with training in minor injuries and minor illnesses.
  • Hold a recent DBS check dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.
  • Maintain up-to-date mandatory training, registrations, and immunizations.
