About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team in Scotland and the North of England. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for leading the planning function on our Scottish frameworks and projects in the North of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies to drive programme delivery and productivity improvements.
  • Lead a team of planners to deliver high-quality planning services and ensure the integration of planning tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial and contract strategies.
  • Drive the adoption of 4D planning and integration of visuals into programme delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training to the wider team to enhance communication skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of planning practices and tools, with a focus on commercial and contract management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and executive teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
