Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant - Luxury Ladieswear
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, increase average basket size, and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, styling, and link selling to clients, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury ladieswear, including LRTW and accessories, to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive customer loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury ladieswear or couture sales.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of LRTW and accessories, with experience in pinning and fitting to assist with alterations.
- Sales Skills: Proven sales techniques, clienteling, and interpersonal skills, with a strong personal client book.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and a second language a plus.
- Drive and Motivation: Strong drive to succeed, with a passion for luxury sales and customer service.
