Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AV Installation Engineer to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the installation and commissioning of high-end AV systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of installation engineers to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Install, configure, and commission Crestron and Lutron systems
  • Work on high-end bespoke and MDU projects, requiring attention to detail and excellent client liaison skills
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AV installation and project management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-end AV projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
